Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Peraz Tour Ghana, we understand that travel plans may change. Payment is due at time of booking. Please use methods listed at end of page for pricing and other details. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below before booking:
30 days or more before tour start: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees
15–29 days before tour start: 50% refund
7–14 days before tour start: 25% refund
Less than 7 days before tour start: No refund
No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
Some items such as accommodations, entrance fees and customized or private tour arrangements may be non-refundable and will be disclosed at booking. If Peraz Tour Ghana must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose a full refund or credit toward a future tour (valid for 12 months. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
